Returns And Refund Policy

At Rebel Club, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into each product, manufactured in-house under Freshmints Enterprises. Since most of our drops are limited edition, we follow a strict return and exchange policy outlined below.

1. No Returns or Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item you received is:

  • Damaged on arrival
  • Incorrect or not matching your order

We encourage you to double-check sizing, colors, and other specifications before placing your order.

2. Exchange Policy (Eligible Only for Defects or Errors)

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll gladly offer an exchange for the same item (subject to availability) or provide store credit.

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Email us at drip@rebelclub.in or WhatsApp us at +91 96060 26654 within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and attach photos of the product showing the defect or error.
  3. Our team will review your request and get back to you with next steps within 2–3 business days.

3. Conditions for Exchange

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Any request made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Rebel Club reserves the right to deny any exchange request if it doesn’t meet our policy criteria.

4. Shipping for Exchanges

If your exchange is approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup (if available) or provide return instructions.
  • In some cases, customers may need to ship the item back at their own cost.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll dispatch a replacement or issue store credit.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for exchange.
  • Size-related issues are not covered, as sizing charts are clearly provided for reference before purchase.
